My name is Shania Wagstaff, I'm a former nationally competing gymnast and a fully qualified gymnastics coach. I am a professional fitness and body transformation trainer that has a passion for helping women become more confident in the gym, and more confident in their own skin.

I train consistently using personalised and custom designed strength training and mindset programs. I’ve seen firsthand what actually works for building shape, strength, and confidence no matter your background.
